Sucessfull finish of the „health protecting” tender at DELTAPLAST Kft.

On 2013.11.29 at DELTAPLAST Kft. a Health Day was closing the 1 year period of the„Health education and mind forming lifestyle programs – local places” tender.

During this 1 year project period DELTAPLAST Kft wanted to motivate its employee and their families to a more healthy life control by many performances-, health days-, team events and with different practical trainings.

The program serie started with the mandatorily requested healthplan preparation. This was the base document for the selected chapters – handling of workplace stress, quitting of smoking, handling of drug and alcohol problems – informative performances, then the risiko groups have been formed.

The documentation of changes-, and the verification of results have been done by the condition assesments performed at the beginning and at the end of the program. The participants could initiate consultations with the involved doctors and specialists based on these data.

The health days included in the program serie were encouraging almost all collagues of the company. The most popular programs were the reflexology and back massage, but there were many people who contacted the dietetic-, who interested in the Dr. Voll related biorezonance condition assesment-, and in many other available programs.

The healthy nutrition-, and in the nowadays prevention more meaningfull-, nature medicine based herbal therapys were also trained in form of presentations, where many of our collagues were participating.

The tender was also providing a good opportunity for DELTAPLAST to perform first aid trainings above the laws & regulation requested limits. For this session (including practical trainings as well) more than 10% of the company employee have been participating.

On the top of it low and high value sport equipments have been purchased as well within the project frame:

• ping-pong table and accesories,
• construction of a volley ball field, footballs
• and which was necessary for the documentation: cameras, copier and laptop
